I received this jacket from one of Mav's giveaways on Instagram, but believe me when I say that this is my new favorite adventure jacket. The quality is all there and is making me seriously consider this brand for all my outdoor adventures.
I spent the whole day wearing it during some long drives and a solid hike through the woods and even on a chilly november day in Vermont, it kept me plenty warm. It's not windproof but it does a fine job, thanks to the high pile fleece. As a photographer, the pocketing was super helpful for quickly stashing gear.
My favorite part is the reinforced sections on the arms, as those usually get a fair bit of wear from me, plus they just make this jacket look extra cool. The hidden Steve patch was a pleasant surprise. Seems like it will be a pet hair magnet, so I think it's worth hanging in the closet when not in use.
Overall I'm just super stoked with this jacket. Warm, rugged, functional, and pretty bomber. It was purpose-built for long days on the road and in the woods, and that shows. Nothing but top marks here.
