I saw you try Goulash in your last vid, if your looking for something simple and quick to make, you should try this form of Goulash
• Hamburger Meat (season however you like)
• Ketchup and Mayonnaise
• Mix it (Add doritos if you want)
It sounds kinda odd, but you won’t be disappointed!!

Picado à madeirense from madeira island (Portugal)
500gr of beef (from the rump, or loin) cut into cubes
• 2 bay leaves
•3 cloves of garlic
• butter q.b
•salt. qb
•1 tablespoon of oxtail
•1 glass of white wine
• A drizzle of olive oil

Preparation
Start by seasoning the meat with the bay leaf and chopped garlic.
Stir so that the meat is involved in these ingredients.
Take a large frying pan and add the butter (which after melted, add the meat.) and the oil.
Spread it out well so that the meat cubes don’t stay on top of each other.
Let’s turn as they fry.
Season with salt q.b., add the oxtail soup, the white wine.
After everything is done, pay the heat and let it stay inside the frying pan.

This Madeiran minced meat is served with fries and salad.
